    "requisitionDescription": "<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">About the Role:</span></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">We are adding a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations with a strong focus on self-perform work. This role is hands-on and centered around managing crews performing process piping, setting process equipment, and placing concrete. You will be responsible for keeping work moving safely, on schedule, and in line with project plans. This is a key field leadership role where you&rsquo;ll work closely with project managers and crews to solve problems, drive production, and deliver quality work.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></strong></p><ul><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">5+ years of experience in heavy civil, industrial, mechanical, or water/wastewater construction&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA standards&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience leading crews and managing daily field operations&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></strong></p><ul><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Previous work with a Self-Perform General Contractor&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with water or wastewater treatment plant construction&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Background in self-perform work, including:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Process piping&nbsp;</li><li>Setting mechanical equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Concrete work&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working on complex mechanical or infrastructure projects&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Lead daily field operations and direct self-perform crews</li><li>Coordinate work involving piping, equipment setting, and concrete placement</li><li>Maintain short-term schedules and drive daily production goals</li><li>Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with plans and specifications</li><li>Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays</li><li>Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to keep work aligned</li><li>Track manpower, materials, and jobsite progress</li><li>Maintain daily reports and jobsite documentation&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Skills:</span></strong></p><ul><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Strong leadership in the field and ability to manage crews effectively&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hands-on understanding of self-perform construction work&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to keep projects moving and solve problems in real time&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clear communication with field teams and project staff&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of water/wastewater or mechanical construction processes</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">About Company:</span></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">American Contracting &amp; Environmental Services (ACE) is a self-perform general contractor specializing in complex mechanical construction at water and wastewater treatment facilities.
