    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The MetOptima Implementation Engineer will be responsible for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The execution of all the project phases of deploying the MetOptima solution at the customer sites, including diagnostics, build, implementation, adoption and ongoing improvement. </li>\n<li>Understanding the customer’s process, evaluating instrumentation, base layer control system and advanced process control system installations and requirements, understanding operational challenges, assist in identify opportunities for improvement and formulating solutions. </li>\n<li>Providing insight and guidance to the data science team on model development and optimisation strategies. Customize reports per customers’ needs in conjunction with the Platform Engineering team.</li>\n<li>Conducting training and coaching at the customer site and customising the specific training material, as well as monitoring, analysis and reporting on performance and adoption KPIs.</li>\n<li>Providing frequent customisation of Operator Guides to match the customers’ plant environment.</li>\n<li>Guiding the customer to understand the models and optimisation strategy as well as provide ongoing support on the product while addressing the customer’s technical queries.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Educational and Experience Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc/BEng Chemical Engineer</li>\n<li>Advanced Process Control (APC), Base Layer Control, Industrial Networking, Minerals Processing</li>\n<li>5 Years+ Designing, Installing and Maintaining Advanced Process Control systems in a minerals processing environment</li>\n<li>A post-graduate qualification in control engineering or similar would be advantageous</li>\n<li>Self-driven, independent problem solver<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A valid driver's licence</li>\n<li>Own vehicle</li>\n<li>Travel will be required to customer sites for critical project phases</li>\n</ul>",
