Please check out the details below to learn more about this position.</em></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>General Summary:</strong></p><p>The Community Growth Manager is responsible for driving membership and organizational growth through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and targeted outreach. This is a highly visible role designed to expand the credit union&rsquo;s presence by connecting individuals, businesses, and community organizations to our products, services, and mission.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Essential Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Identify and cultivate partnerships that drive member, deposit, and lending growth across businesses, community organizations, and consumers.&nbsp;</li><li>Represent the credit union at community events, financial wellness workshops, business expos, and networking functions.</li><li>Develop and execute outreach strategies aligned with the organization&rsquo;s goals and target markets.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead and expand the Bank at Work program including partner acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, events, and localized outreach initiatives.</li><li>Track and analyze business development metrics, partnership performance, membership growth, and engagement outcomes.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Retail Banking, Digital, and Lending teams to ensure an exceptional member acquisition and onboarding experience.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of products, services, and digital tools to effectively position solutions.</li><li>Monitor community needs, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Promotes and maintains a positive work atmosphere by communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards to work effectively with members, co-workers, management, and vendors. Demonstrates the Credit Union&rsquo;s core values of Service, Teamwork, Integrity, and Responsibility.</li><li>Keeps abreast of industry developments including but not limited to changes in regulations and technology.</li><li>Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures and Banking/Credit Union Regulations.</li><li>Performs additional duties as required.</li></ol><p><strong>Essential Skills, Knowledge and Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is strongly preferred.
