What you’ll do: The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand. Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety Providing Exceptional Guest Service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto. Accurate dispensing of fuel products (gasoline/diesel/propane) Cleaning vehicle windows to enhance guest experiences Merchandising of products Receiving of products Maintaining day-to-day image standards and cleanliness Accurate handling of cash and sales (including lotto and tobacco) Preparation of Food Other projects and assignments as required This position requires the use of equipment including computers, primarily for online training, as well as heavy lifting of products. Why it matters: Our Team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners. Through the work that we do, we help to build, fuel, feed and grow Western Canadian communities together. Who you are: We currently have two part-time positions available: One position is approximately 15–20 hours per week , primarily involving evening and weekend shifts . The other position is approximately 20–30 hours per week and will include a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts , depending on scheduling needs. Our Team Members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan with eligibility based on established criteria.
