    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Quality Inspector role is responsible for performing inspection to all products and ensure they meet the quality standards per customer requirement before they are delivered.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Approves incoming or outgoing metal materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.</li><li>examining and measuring parts to confirm dimensional compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements</li><li>Experience with inspection tools: pins &amp; block gauge, micrometers, Height gauge, Optic comparator, and calipers</li><li>Identify, report, and create any non-conforming parts or discrepancies in measurements.</li><li>A strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T) and AS9102 inspection report</li><li>Experience with Discus software.</li><li>1-2 years experienced with Faro Arm or Leica.</li><li>Experience with MRP/ERP systems and an understanding of how the system works.</li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>2+years college preferred; combination of education and work experience may be equivalent.</li><li>High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and three years related experience.</li><li>Must have 3+ years&nbsp;aerospace manufacturing metal experience.</li><li>2+ years manufacturing quality control inspection experience; CQI designation a plus.</li><li>Possesses good reading and math skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.</li><li>Basic computer skills; knowledge of MS Office and Excel.</li><li>Ability to read, understand, and apply contractual requirements, standards, specifications, blueprints, mylars, job travelers, governmental regulations, or technical procedures.</li><li>Have a positive attitude when working with internal and external customers in the workplace.</li><li>Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables in work situations.</li><li>Ability to work as a team in fast paced production environment and&nbsp;cross-training duties.</li><li>Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.</li></ul></div>\n",
