You will also be accountable for monitoring performance to ensure it aligns with established productivity standards, quality expectations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span> up to £35 000.00 depending on experience </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours of work:</span> 37.5 hours per week. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Base location:</span> Stafford </span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Company car / car allowance. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Training courses.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Death in Service.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Employee Assistance Programme.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">25 days Holiday + bank holidays.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Full PPE is provided</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Lead and motivate a team to deliver all aspects of planning and operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Deliver works safely and on time, whilst adhering to contract requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Management of the operatives reporting into them.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Conduct detailed and thorough site visits.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain accurate records of site resources, materials and plant and providing daily resource sheets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Managing subcontract performance.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ensuring all operatives have appropriate vehicles, equipment, stores, and skills to perform allocated work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Liaise with customers, clients, local authorities and other interested third parties regarding past, present, and future works.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">To provide sufficient and timely supervision, assessments and coaching to ensure gangs are performing to our sufficient company standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Perform quality on site assessments checks (x8 Audits per month).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Regularly undertake all necessary and appropriate Toolbox Talks, Briefings, and other communications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">To perform weekly fleet and plant checks ensuring fleet, plant and equipment maintenance is carried out and calibrated within the correct timescales.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain own levels of skills and knowledge to do the job effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Comply with relevant company HSEQ and welfare policy provisions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ensure all clients set KPI’s are met or exceeded.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ensure all operative training records and ID Cards records are kept up to date.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ensure all timesheets are submitted within the timescales set by payroll. And these are checked and correct at the time of submission.
