    "description_html": "<p>Our client is seeking candidates for Computer Network Support Specialist roles to support the United States Air Force (USAF) client where we are focused on delivering support to enable and maintain U.S. military with IT support services. Positions require onsite support at Joint Base Charleston, SC.</p><p><strong>Description of Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system</li><li>Support planning of IT equipment replacement (including technology refresh planning), software updates, and hardware updates/replacement/addition with unit leadership</li><li>Create, manage and maintain, grant/deny/remove user access, and close user, group, and local e-mail and network accounts, as needed for NIPR/SIPR access in accordance with locally established processes</li><li>Manage user permissions to network resources, security groups, distribution lists, organizational boxes and network stored data structures as requested by proper authorities.</li><li>Install and update software on desktops, laptops, tablets and smart phones. Software must be verified on the approved Air Force list before installation</li><li>Maintain all 437 MXG secure Tactical Local Area Network Encryption (TACLANE) devices for SIPR enclaves. This includes swap out, labeling and accountability/inventory as described below</li><li>Accompany Government equipment custodian on TACLANE inventory/accountability checks when directed</li><li>Ensure notifications are sent to SIPR monitors to ensure software on SIPR computers is updated. The contractor shall be responsible for the 437 MXG-IT SIPR enclaves</li><li>Research and advise on potential software for Government purchase. Maintain 437 MXG-specific software IAW AFNOC and DAF or AFI requirements on NIPR/SIPR systems and associated VTC/SVTCs</li><li>Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SVTC equipment including accountability and inventory</li><li>Administer the 437 MXG and all subordinate unit SharePoint sites, including sub-pages.
