Other duties may be assigned.</p><p><br></p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Sells and delivers a minimum of 10 units per month.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Ensures that the sales manager has an opportunity to meet each customer.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Turns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager, along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title, etc.).</li><li dir=\"auto\">Writes complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle&#39;s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership&#39;s service department.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Follows up on all post delivery items, tag/title work, &quot;we-owes&quot;, and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Maintains a prospect development system.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Attends sales meetings.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Maintains professional appearance.</li><li dir=\"auto\">The individual must maintain an acceptable driving record according to our insurance standards at all times.</li><li dir=\"auto\">No employee or applicant should be under the influence of any substance including medical marijuana on-site or during work hours.
