Assign referrals for intake. Conduct intakes as a case planner team member.</li><li>Audit completed Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) documentation.</li><li>Review new participant case file docs, as well as ongoing case documentation and reports.</li><li>Facilitate training on role specific tasks for team members. Complete staff evaluations.</li><li>Oversee BSW/MSW interns. Facilitate training, assign tasks, supervise, complete university-required docs, attend field advisor trainings and participate in faculty advisor site-visits.</li><li>Facilitate weekly case conference with shelter/TIL team. Prepare agenda,disseminate policy and procedure updates, and ensure quality service delivery by the team.</li><li>Support Shelter Manager, RA team and shelter operations.
