This role is responsible for monitoring candy flow through the sizing and cutting process, ensuring product quality, and supporting safe and efficient production operations.</p>\n\n<p>This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and safety are essential.</p>\n\n<hr />\n<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Monitor candy flow through batch rollers, sizers, cutters, and cooling tunnels</li>\n\t<li>Ensure candy feeds smoothly and evenly through the production process</li>\n\t<li>Identify and respond to jams, product flow issues, or equipment concerns</li>\n\t<li>Perform product changeovers while preventing flavor cross-contamination</li>\n\t<li>Follow all food safety, quality, and safety procedures</li>\n\t<li>Maintain awareness around hot surfaces, moving machinery, and sharp components</li>\n\t<li>Keep work areas clean and organized</li>\n\t<li>Communicate issues to supervisors or maintenance as needed</li>\n\t<li>Support production goals while maintaining product quality standards</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Manufacturing or production experience preferred</li>\n\t<li>Food manufacturing experience is a plus</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work safely around machinery and moving equipment</li>\n\t<li>Strong attention to detail and focus</li>\n\t<li>Comfortable working in a warm production environment</li>\n\t<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks</li>\n\t<li>Reliable attendance and strong work ethic</li>\n\t<li>Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h2>Safety Expectations</h2>\n\n<p>Safety is a core part of this role.
