    "description": "<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Overview:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking an Acquisition Manager with proven iGaming experience, ready to manage, grow and optimise our affiliate and media buy relationships across high-performing markets. You’ll be expected to navigate complex deal structures, optimise for ROI, and maintain high partner engagement while operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a key commercial role within the acquisition engine.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate will bring proven hands-on experience in a similar role, deep knowledge of the iGaming landscape, ideally with an existing network of casino and sportsbook affiliates and media relationships.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This role will report directly to the Group CMO and is a member of the Marketing Department.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop, expand, and manage relationships with existing and new affiliate and media buy partners, across multiple brands and geos.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify and recruit high-performing casino and sportsbook affiliates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Negotiate and maintain CPA, hybrid, and revenue share deals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and optimise for FTDs and eCPA.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with BI, Content, CRM, and Design to support campaign execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with contracts, brand standards, and market restrictions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate tracking, tags, and payment data in affiliate platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide insights, reports, and performance reviews to internal stakeholders, weekly and monthly as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Onboard new partners and identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Closely work with Finance teams to ensure smooth and streamline Acquisition commissions payments processing, recording of invoices and assist with login of invoices and payment statuses.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide day to day affiliate and media buy support, source, qualify, approve and onboard new affiliate and media buy partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Be able to perform profitability analysis, insure tracking accuracy, affiliate data related instances and manage affiliate creatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Stay ahead of industry trends, market developments and competitor activities in the iGaming acquisition space.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with direct Affiliate or Media Buy experience within the iGaming industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Established portfolio of active Casino and Sportsbook affiliates and traffic partners is a plus and highly advantageous.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Data-driven mindset with proficiency in affiliate tracking software and analytics tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of acquisition KPIs, funnel metrics, and deal modelling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Commercially sharp, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Highly organised and detail-oriented - especially around tracking and reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #34353a; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in professional-level English communication, both written and verbal</span><span style=\"color: #34353a;
