Veterans are encouraged to apply! </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Mitigation Project Manager Role:</span></p>\n<p><span>The Mitigation Project Manager reports to the site Branch Manager. The Project Manager manages all mitigation activities for successful project roll-out: scopes all mitigation jobs, creates work orders for technicians based on estimate amount, schedules jobs, requests approvals on scopes from insurance adjustors, and schedules start and completion dates for mitigation jobs with customers.  The Project Manager assumes primary responsibility for profit/loss on assigned projects. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the Mitigation Superintendent, Lead Technician, and Laborers. The Project Manager provides continuous training and direction to Mitigation team members. The Project Manager works closely with the site Team Coordinator to execute administrative tasks, scheduling all inspections, and managing all collections. Project Manager develops and maintains successful relationships with insurance agents, adjustors, homeowners, and vendors. Ensure all project personnel are operating a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and Apex Restoration DKI policy and procedures. The Mitigation Project Manager oversees divisional restoration &amp; mitigation operations ensure maximum operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and employee safety.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Please note, that if you are selected to be reviewed for the position, there are several steps in the pre-interview process. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Accountabilities:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Project management experience, preferably in the residential restoration industry</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Be trained in and use PSA, XactAnalysis, Xactimate, and MICA Moisture Mapping</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Obtain certification in IICRC (Restoration Guidelines)</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Obtain Xactimate Level 1 certification</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards and guidelines</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Exceptional skills in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, and cost management</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Manage multiple projects simultaneously</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Utilize knowledge of budgeting jobs, approving order requests from Superintendent, and achieve profit margins</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Utilize the latest server and cloud based computer technology including: Xactimate estimating software, Microsoft Office, PSA project management/accounting software and document management software</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Must actively practice leadership abilities as leader of the mitigation team</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Must consistently strive to learn, implement, and maintain strong understanding of construction operations and procedures</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Foster positive relationships with team members, clients, subcontractors, and vendors</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Monitor performance data; anticipate, prevent and solve problems</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Inspect job site to establish the initial scope of work, confirm with insured and adjustor</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Field customer questions &amp; concerns, resolve all issues, working with appropriate staff</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ensure team completes weekly vehicle inspections</span></li>\n<li><br><span>May work 40+ hours per week</span></li>\n<li><br><span>May be on call during catastrophic events</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Perform other responsibilities as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Exceptional skills in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, and cost management</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards and guidelines preferred</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Have or willing to obtain restoration certifications through the IICRC</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Knowledge of moisture mapping technology</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Must be able to lift up to 75lbs</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Must be able to enter confined spaces and climb ladders</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Must maintain clean and professional appearance at all times</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Valid Driver’s License &amp; eligibility to work in the United States</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to pass a background check and drug screen</span></li>\n<li><br><span>No felony convictions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Compensation:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience</span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Eligible for commission plan after 90 days and favorable review, possible earnings of 50% to 100% of your</span> base salary</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Health/ Vision/ Dental/ Aflac</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Paid Time Off</span></li>\n<li><br><span>8 Paid Holidays</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Company vehicle and fuel card provided</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Company laptop provided</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Cell phone reimbursement</span></li>\n</ul>",
