          "text": "<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include: (other duties may be assigned)</strong></p><ul><li>Provides direct technical support to internal customers and process stakeholders throughout the manufacturing plant.</li><li>Inputs data into MRP system; performs various shop floor control and material planning functions as may be required to process rework and customer returned material to meet production requirements.</li><li>Implements manufacturing methods as prescribed by engineering using best practice six sigma and lean manufacturing theory.</li><li>Assists engineers with developing engineering change proposals to specifications and drawings. Creates part specific work instructions.</li><li>Supports cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Assists with researching outside vendor product specifications and arranges for purchase of equipment, materials, tooling, etc. Evaluates and verifies purchased products used in production meet specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Gathers information and data used by management regarding manufacturing capabilities, production times and scheduling, staffing requirements, and other production considerations.</li><li>Assists engineers with research and development of new product design, required tooling, and efficient production methods on new parts.</li><li>Possesses a rudimentary knowledge of rigid tube, flexible hose, and metal joining manufacturing processes; applies this knowledge to manufacturing process.</li><li>Reasonable for accurately and timely moving parts throughout the shop floor.</li><li>Candidate must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.</li><li>Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time.</li></ul>",
