To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary (essential) duty with skill.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary, Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Filtration Specialist I is 2nd highest ranking hourly field position within the Filtration field organization. Primary duty is to lead single work team throughout the Filtration service delivery process. Work team will be made up of peers and lower ranking field staff. The title acts as shift leader taking direction from superior work authorities. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to understand P&ID, Safe Charts, Data Sheets, and other engineering documents.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate and diagnose field equipment</li>\n <li>Ability to ad hoc manage a team onshore and offshore to achieve varying objectives.</li>\n <li>Ability to direct and operate heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts.</li>\n <li>Act as mentor in associated with SSE program, QMTC-4032.01</li>\n <li>Manual labor to include (but not limited) painting, handling, assembly, and disassembly as required.</li>\n <li>Maintain a fit for duty status at all times:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Have appropriate PPE, Offshore Bag, and Computer </li>\n   <li>Ability to remain alert and attentive in safety-sensitive environments</li>\n   <li>Ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation</li>\n   <li>Strong problem-solving and inquisitive mindset</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>To work with safety as a top priority to minimize accidents and incidents.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Self manage deadlines and actions as assigned.</li>\n <li>Maintain productivity of team and self at 70% annual rate.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Excellent / Lean Processes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily</li>\n <li>Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.</li>\n <li>Attend all OE training as it is deployed by the OE team.</li>\n <li>Suggestions – meet requirement per year.  GEMBA walk done daily.</li>\n <li>To maintain a high standard of housekeeping, good discipline and respect for peers and superiors in association with MTI core values.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Note: Specific job tasks may be found within HPWS Program, QMTC-4032.02. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions (primary duties) of the job.</em> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>+2 years of field experience with ES or comparable service provider that provides treatment of problematic fluids and measuring well performance. </li>\n <li>Practical experience with filtration systems, fluid analysis equipment, and data interpretation.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of MS Office and associated Windows operating systems.</li>\n <li>Eligible to work in US, hold a TWIC card, and valid US drivers license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Education:     </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates Degree of Science or Technology, Preferred</li>\n <li>Competence Assessment System, QMTC-4032.10</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Experience:    </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong Organization skills/logistical skills.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated.</li>\n <li>Good communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Hours:</strong><em> </em>Office hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm when not offshore on a project.  Hours may vary depending on business need; subject to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary.   </p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong>  While performing the duties of title, there will be frequent exposure to industrial areas, onshore and offshore sites which include exposure to outside weather conditions as well as loud noise and high temperatures from process equipment. Less frequently, the title will be required to work at desk in office or corporate meeting setting.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Travel:</strong>  To and from job sites or docks in a vehicle where transported to the rig site by boat or helicopter.  Driving company or rental vehicle, commercial airline travel and public transportation may be required.</p>\n<p>International Travel, Preferred.</p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><strong>Safety Equipment:</strong><em>  </em>Safety equipment required while performing the duties of the title include but not limited to an ANSI approved hardhat and safety glasses, safety shoes/boots with steel toe protection.
