The ideal candidate is safety-driven, mechanically skilled, and capable of operating various cranes for industrial, commercial, and construction applications.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate mobile and/or tower cranes in accordance with OSHA and manufacturer specifications.</li>\n<li>Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure safe and efficient operation.</li>\n<li>Follow lift plans, load charts, and communicate effectively with signalpersons and rigging crews.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all safety policies, site rules, and company procedures.</li>\n<li>Complete required logs, inspections, and reports accurately and on time.</li>\n<li>Assist with rigging, setup, and teardown of cranes as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NCCCO (or equivalent) Crane Operator Certification</span><span> </span>required.</li>\n<li>Valid<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CDL Class A license</span><span> </span>required.</li>\n<li>Minimum<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3 years of crane operating experience</span>.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of load charts, lift capacities, and crane dynamics.</li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and travel to job sites as required.</li>\n<li>Commitment to Americrane’s safety and service standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay</li>\n<li>Medical (<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">100% covered for the Team Partner</span>), dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>401(k)</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional growth</li>\n</ul>",
