    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<p><em>Demonstrates through behavior Decatur Morgan Hospital’s mission, vision and values<strong>.  </strong></em>Performs ultrasound examinations of the heart and vessels to assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the cardiovascular system.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h1>Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions</h1>\n<li>Knowledgeable of and selects appropriate ultrasound equipment for echocardiogram procedures and vascular procedures.</li>\n<li>Monitors sound waves for quality of ultrasonic patterns and documents on appropriate media to obtain a permanent record of examination.</li>\n<li>Consults with physicians as required regarding collection of test data and critical test results.</li>\n<li>Manages and operates equipment safely and correctly. Inspects equipment daily to ensure it is operating effectively. Reports malfunctions.</li>\n<li>Collaborates effectively with other members of healthcare team concerning pertinent patient information and interventions needed.</li>\n<p>             6. Completes other duties or task as assigned.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h1>Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:</h1>\n<p><strong>Education:  High school diploma or GED.</strong> <strong>Registry by CCI or ARDMS preferred</strong><strong>.</strong><strong> BLS certified.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Experience:  Prefer 1-2 years’ experience</strong></p>",
