    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Fountain Tire Kamloops Downtown (690 Landsdowne Street), </strong>an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a <strong>Service Advisor!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What is in it for you?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive compensation: $25 to $35 per hour + Commission!</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefit programs for you and your family, including an RRSP program with company matching</strong></li>\n <li>We will develop your skills and certifications with our excellent training program & opportunity for advancement</li>\n <li>The opportunity to work with an excellent team and great customers</li>\n <li>Regular day shifts</li>\n <li>Great discounts for you and your family on tires, parts, and mechanical services</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians</li>\n <li>Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.</li>\n <li>Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received</li>\n <li>Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers</li>\n <li>Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.</li>\n <li>Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.</li>\n <li>Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.</li>\n <li>Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.</li>\n <li>Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What does it take to get on track?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset</strong></li>\n <li>Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must</li>\n <li>A team player who takes pride in their work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>If you are interested apply in-store or online today!</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>",
