As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for guests, helping ensure a welcoming, seamless, and engaging visit from arrival through departure. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment while supporting tours, tastings, reservations, and visitor services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a part time position working 16-30 hours a week.</p>\n<h3>What You'll Do</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit, providing exceptional customer service and support.</li>\n <li>Manage visitor check-in processes, reservations, and guest inquiries via phone and email.</li>\n <li>Support visitor flow through parking, transportation, greeting, and tasting experiences.</li>\n <li>Help create a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all guests.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the visitor experience and daily operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent.</li>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age</li>\n <li>Must be able to work 2 weekends a month (including Saturday and Sunday)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ year of hospitality, tourism, customer service, or guest experience experience.</li>\n <li>Experience working directly with visitors, customers, or guests in a service-focused environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Physical Requirements</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.</li>\n</ul>",
