Whether you&#39;re working on-site at one of Railhead&#39;s corporate locations around the globe, or at a customer site, we inspire a culture of fun and creativity while performing some of our Nation&#39;s most critical and impactful work.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Program Summary:</strong><br>&nbsp;The Defense Enclave Services (DES) program supports a highly demanding mission and requires expert technical and professional management support to DISA enterprise Information Technology (IT) services. &nbsp;You will be working in a large and complex IT consolidation, migration and modernization effort towards a Single Server Provider model that provides sustainment, maintenance, Problem and Change management services to help ensure secure, reliable and uninterrupted availability of the Department of Defense networks and services.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions that meet end user requirements</li><li>Create and manage Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurations. Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 services</li><li>Design and deploy Windows 10 and 11 provisioning processes using Intune Autopilot</li><li>Configure and manage Windows Update for Business policies</li><li>Develop and maintain standardized Windows 10 and 11 deployment images</li><li>Design and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) in Active Directory to enforce security and configuration policies</li><li>Collaborate with the Active Directory team to ensure alignment with broader infrastructure goals</li><li>Implement security best practices and compliance policies within Intune</li><li>Monitor and respond to security incidents related to mobile devices and endpoints</li><li>Create detailed documentation of Intune configurations, Windows provisioning processes, and Group Policy settings</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or master&rsquo;s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience</li><li>Currently possesses an active DoD Secret clearance</li><li>Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Intune solutions</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and a strong problem-solving mindset</li><li>Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence</li><li>Current IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISSP</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About Railhead:</strong></p><p>Railhead, Inc. is a leader in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; advanced cyber solutions; cloud and managed IT solutions; engineering, and information-based solutions for law enforcement and homeland security.
