This means continuously listening, learning, and adapting to ensure that every student and family feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Colomos 2300, Italia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support for the activities of the communication department. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Establish and maintain close relationships with alumni to generate bilateral collaboration alliances with ASFG. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Organize visits and outreach with alumni. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordination and management of alumni events (Networking Night &amp; Alumni Talk). Coordination of 10, 20, 35, 40 and 50-year graduation anniversary reunions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Generating opportunities for collaboration between students and alumni (Career Fair, Summer Internships and Service Learning projects). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strengthen public relations with external entities to continue providing benefits to the alumni community. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Follow-up and maintenance of databases and surveys. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support communication between the ASFG and Alumni communities through social networks and email.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, administration, or related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">2 years of experience in similar positions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">English language proficiency of at least 80% verifiable.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Qualities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Negotiation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Decision making</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Creativity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Teamwork.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Effective communication.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Organization. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
