      "content": "<div>\n<p>Identify and define strategic training objectives throughout the portfolio and design, plan, and implement</p>\n<p>programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.</p>\n<p>• Conduct in-person, hands-on training and evaluate employee performance directly in the field.</p>\n<p>• Conduct site visit across the portfolio to operational data centers and construction sites.</p>\n<p>• Adhere to site security and safety protocols.</p>\n<p>• Collaborate with managers to align training with company goals and improve operational efficiency.</p>\n<p>• Ensures that training is executed, documented, and effective at site level.</p>\n<p>• Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the</p>\n<p>T5 and/or the data center industry.</p>\n<p>• Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could</p>\n<p>improve.</p>\n<p>• Collaborates &amp; coordinate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for</p>\n<p>and participation in outside training options or requirements.</p>\n<p>• Guide and manage local and remote data center operational teams with a goal of 100% compliance to T5’s pre-</p>\n<p>defined training requirements.</p>\n<p>• Ensure consistent quality and adherence to client and T5-driven operational standards across multiple sites.</p>\n<p>• Conduct recurring collaboration meeting with management and site training representatives throughout the</p>\n<p>portfolio on a regular and recurring basis to drive cohesion and knowledge growth.</p>\n<p>• Responsible for reporting on a regular and recurring basis regarding all aspects of T5 training requirements.</p>\n<p>• Train end-users on utilizing LMS system and other training tools as applicable.</p>\n<p>• Review training program feedback on a regular and recurring basis.</p>\n<p>• Prepares and implements non-site-specific training budget.</p>\n<p>• Ensure recurring training program assessments are included with the technical operations site assessments and</p>\n<p>track action items to drive toward compliance with OSHA and T5 training requirements.</p>\n<p>• Pursue training consultation opportunities and revenue generation training creation projects at leadership</p>\n<p>discretion</p>\n<p>• Manage a team of training facilitators, specialist, and designers to develop training materials and resources.</p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><strong>Up to 75% travel</strong></li>\n\n</ul></div>"
