While based out of Burnaby, this position also offers a hybrid work environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Our Project Delivery – Transportation and Transit Division manages client’s transportation projects. All our Project Managers work within the guidelines of the Project Management Institute. We have supported many of them in getting their PMP designation. We’re looking for someone to take on this challenging role and take advantage of our mentorship opportunities.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will play a key role in a talented and diverse team of Project Managers at varied experience levels. You will work with our experienced Project Managers assisting in providing planning, direction, and reporting to meet the specific project needs of our clients.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">YOUR ROLE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attending Project Meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Creating and maintaining project documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assisting with progress payments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assisting with the preparation of tender documents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assisting with project reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting Project Managers with project delivery assignments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicating with project team and clients</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU BRING:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">2+ years of related experience working in a project management/civil consulting engineering environment preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Keen interest in learning about project management and being in a support role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Completed post-secondary technical education focused in Civil Engineering Technology, Finance, Project Management or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in MS Office Suite</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficient with Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam to create, edit and mark-up PDFs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Working knowledge of the procurement process preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and understand contract documents preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High level of accuracy and attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong organization and time management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional communication and teamwork skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">ABOUT BINNIE:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are the people behind the infrastructure you use every day.
