This role involves picking and packing orders, handling incoming and outgoing goods, and ensuring stock is stored accurately and safely. You will be expected to maintain a clean, organised workspace and follow all health and safety procedures, while working both independently and as part of a team to meet operational targets.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This job is 5 days a week in our Newry Warehouse. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll do</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You’ll complete all work to the appropriate standard and within operational schedules </li>\n<li>Work to the required production and quality standards </li>\n<li>Work as part of the team to ensure that the daily production targets are met. </li>\n<li>Familiarise yourself with all relevant operational procedure and comply with all instructions. </li>\n<li>Familiarise yourself and comply with STATSports quality standards </li>\n<li>Actively participate in your daily team briefings. </li>\n<li>Ensure that all housekeeping in your area is maintained to the highest possible standards. </li>\n<li>Comply fully with all Company Health and Safety policies. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll need</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 6 months’ experience in a warehouse environment</li>\n<li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Excel, Outlook)</li>\n<li>Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Ability to follow processes and instructions effectively</li>\n<li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">It would be great if you had</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of LEAN principles or continuous improvement practices</li>\n<li>Forklift training </li>\n<li>Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)</li>\n<li>Good communication skills</li>\n<li>Flexible and adaptable approach to work</li>\n<li>Positive attitude with a willingness to learn</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equal opportunity employer:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>STATSports is an equal opportunity employer.
