We offer challenging and rewarding career opportunities.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB SUMMARY</span></p>\n<p>The Yard Support / Delivery Driver is responsible for supporting daily yard and warehouse operations while ensuring the safe and timely delivery and pick-up of materials, tools, and equipment. This role works closely with field staff to coordinate logistics, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure the yard remains organized, clean, and secure. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and capable of operating delivery vehicles and material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: </span>Clearway's Yard – 23782 River Rd, Maple Ridge, BC V2W 1B7 (Required to drive to multiple job locations)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hour of Operation: </span>7:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation range: </span>$ 30-35 per hour (Based on skill and experience)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with field staff to facilitate timely pick-up and delivery of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies</li>\n<li>Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and retrieve materials from job sites, vendors, and other locations</li>\n<li>Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment onto trucks and trailers, ensuring proper handling and secure transport</li>\n<li>Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against packing slips and documentation, and report discrepancies</li>\n<li>Organize and store materials in designated areas (racks, shelves, bins)</li>\n<li>Pull, prepare, and distribute materials, tools, and stock items to fulfill internal requests and work orders</li>\n<li>Assist in tracking, maintaining, and managing company equipment and inventory</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized inventory management system</li>\n<li>Operate yard equipment such as forklifts and loaders in compliance with all Health &amp; Safety regulations</li>\n<li>Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the yard and warehouse areas</li>\n<li>Ensure yard and warehouse security procedures are followed at all times</li>\n<li>Provide weekly updates on material usage, inventory levels, and requisitions</li>\n<li>Support general yard operations and perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment up to 50 lbs on a regular basis (and heavier items with assistance or equipment)</li>\n<li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching throughout the workday</li>\n<li>Ability to safely load and unload materials from trucks and trailers</li>\n<li>Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)</li>\n<li>Ability to operate vehicles, forklifts, and other yard equipment for extended periods</li>\n<li>Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling tools and materials</li>\n<li>Ability to climb in and out of trucks and operate equipment safely</li>\n<li>Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Education: High School Graduation Diploma</li>\n<li>1-2 years of experience as delivery driver preferred</li>\n<li>Experience with Excel, inventory management software experience preferred</li>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract</li>\n<li>Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, snow, rain, etc.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50-75 pounds</li>\n<li>Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, etc.</li>\n<li>Detail oriented and comfortable with technology</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BENEFITS:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary with annual cost of living increases</li>\n<li>Group RRSP with 100% Matching</li>\n<li>100% Company Paid Benefits</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n<li>Life Insurance</li>\n<li>Wellness Programs</li>\n<li>Free On-site Parking</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Please, no agencies</em></p>\n<p> </p>",
