Apply today!</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;Essential Functions:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This description is intended to be illustrative of the major duties performed by the employee assigned to this position.</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review and verify formulation (compounding) activities and documentation performed by technicians and other support staff for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to cGMPs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform the final review and release of batches.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to facility activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create/update product labels and determine appropriate label content per applicable regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Train manufacturing technicians to perform pharmaceutical calculations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform clinical product complaint and adverse drug event investigations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Write and/or review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and deviations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform DEA recordkeeping and regulatory reporting activities to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits as necessary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Answer clinical questions from physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work collaboratively with members from various teams to achieve company goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">None</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience and Necessary Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">PharmD or equivalent education required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to maintain Pharmacist Licensure in state of facility and additional states if applicable, as assigned.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in a GMP pharmacy compounding environment and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity &amp; Understanding of Sterile Manufacturing/Processing (USP testing, sterilization techniques, etc.) preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity &amp; Comprehension of regulations including DQSA, 21 CFR 211 and USP guidelines, as applicable.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to assume responsibility and act on own initiative</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good self-management, organizational and planning skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent reasoning and critical thinking skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hands- on approach with a &ldquo;can-do&rdquo;
