This role is hands-on—ideal for someone who understands both the technical and business sides of analytics and can turn complex data into meaningful, action-oriented stories.</p>\n<p> <br>If you excel in dashboard development, reporting automation, and translating data into strategy, this is your opportunity to create impact across multiple departments. </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Own &amp; Deliver</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Reporting &amp; Insights</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build, maintain, and optimize reports in DOMO, BigQuery, Google Sheets and other analytics platforms for department-level and organizational needs.</li>\n<li>Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and operational risks.</li>\n<li>Translate data into practical insights that support business decisions at all levels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dashboard Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop automated, interactive dashboards in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DOMO</span><span> </span>(required), with additional experience in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools considered a plus.</li>\n<li>Ensure dashboards are reliable, scalable, and aligned with key performance metrics.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Automation &amp; Workflow Optimization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use BigQuery, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Google Apps Script</span>, Python, and SQL to automate manual reporting processes and improve data efficiency.</li>\n<li>Build or enhance ETL workflows, API connections, and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and real-time reporting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with operations to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytics.</li>\n<li>Facilitate your own meetings with stakeholders, presenting insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Intelligence &amp; Strategic Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support strategic planning through data modeling, forecasting, and historical trend analysis.</li>\n<li>Provide ongoing monitoring of department performance metrics and organizational KPIs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are (Skills &amp; Qualifications)</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2–3 years in SQL and Python programming</span>, with hands-on experience in building automations or data workflows.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience using Google Apps Script</span><span> </span>for automation and optimization.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets expertise</span><span> </span>(reporting, data transformations, automation, visualizations).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1–2 years of experience building dashboards in DOMO</span><span> </span>(required).</li>\n<li>Familiar with ETL concepts, APIs, and data pipeline logic.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Critical Thinking:</span><span> </span>Able to assess data in the context of departmental goals, identify insights, and connect the story behind the numbers.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Analytical Ability:</span><span> </span>Skilled at relating data points between processes, systems, and operational workflows.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication:</span><span> </span>Able to articulate technical findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Presentation Skills:</span><span> </span>Strong experience creating high-level presentations for leadership; confident in leading discussions and explaining insights.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why You’ll Love This Role</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-visibility position supporting multiple departments and leaders<br></li>\n<li>Opportunity to introduce automation, streamline processes, and scale analytics operations</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation + performance incentives</li>\n<li>Work in a data-driven organization that values innovation and efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
