You will conduct&nbsp;candidate&nbsp;interviews&nbsp;as part of a&nbsp;strategic recruitment plan,&nbsp;that you’ll develop and execute,&nbsp;ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Sheboygan, WI</p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements</li>\n <li>Develop and execute a recruitment plan and deliver effective orientations</li>\n <li>Source and screen resume to identify qualified candidates</li>\n <li>Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications</li>\n <li>Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding</li>\n <li>Create an ongoing candidate pipeline</li>\n <li>Manage paperless recruiting operations</li>\n <li>Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns</li>\n <li>Participate in job fairs and community events</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred&nbsp;</li>\n <li>2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field</li>\n <li>Bilingual-Spanish preferred</li>\n <li>Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word</li>\n <li>Strong communications skills, both oral and written</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $22.64 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.</p>\n<p>Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Well-Being:</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 15 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.
