SPORTIME clubs serve individuals of every age and athletic ability, 365 days a year.<p>JOB SUMMARY: The Pickleball Coach must be able to professionally monitor their own schedule; instruct a variety of lesson types; promote the company; and up-sell members on programming.</p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>∙ Perform group and private lessons, for both adults and juniors, and for all levels.</p><p>∙ Maintain strong professional relationships with members and prospects.</p><p>∙ Organize and maintain a neat working environment on and off court.</p><p>∙ Communicate with Pickleball Director and fellow Pickleball Coaches.</p><p>∙ Deliver best-in-class customer service.</p><p>∙ Communicate with clientele to up-sell programming and give feedback on performance.</p><p>∙ Ensure that the facility is kept clean and tidy.</p><p>∙ Abide by all SPORTIME policies and procedures.</p><p>∙ Present a neat and well groomed appearance at all times, and wear SPORTIME attire as required.</p><p>∙ Be on court prepared to teach and begin all lessons at scheduled starting time.</p><p>∙ Ensure that your schedule is correct on a daily and weekly basis and that you have the necessary resources (courts, training aids, etc) to teach your lesson.<br><br>Skills Required:</p><p>∙ Be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own.</p><p>∙ Experience working on court in private and group scenarios.</p><p>∙ Have excellent oral communication skills.</p><p>∙ Have sales skills to promote programs.</p><p>∙ Ability to speak intelligently to players about programs and membership.</p><p>∙ Ability to teach technical and tactical skills.</p><p>∙ Ability to play at a high level and play with students / other players if/when necessary.<br><br>COMPENSATION: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour<br><br>SCHEDULE: Part-time with weekend availability preferred. </p><div><p>BENEFITS:</p><p>Member benefits- Employees receive complimentary Sportime membership and are eligible to use club facilities, including tennis, fitness and sports, to participate in club programs on a complimentary or discounted basis, and to receive discounts on retail and other purchases.</p><p>401k Plan with employer match – Employees are eligible to enroll in Sportime’s 401k retirement plan, with matching, after they have completed one year of continuous service, worked at least 1000 hours in such calendar or anniversary year, and are over 21 years old.</p></div><p>Sportime Clubs, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer that encourages and seeks workplace diversity.
