    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts. Maintain safe, organized and clean work environment. Responsible for set up, inspection, first part buy, and other duties as assigned using a variety of 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis, multi-spindle and single-spindle CNC machines.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Operate equipment such as CNC machines, milling machines, and end mills to produce manufactured parts primarily out of inconel and titanium.</li><li>Take measurements to adequately ensure the accurate set-up, with the use of tools such as; gauges, calipers, indicators and micrometers.</li><li>Maintains specifications by observing drilling and cutting; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.</li><li>Set up and trouble shoot machines for large complex parts.</li><li>Able to manufacture fixturing.</li><li>Approves part specifications utilizing hard layout methodologies.</li><li>Expertise in CNC or Profile</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p><u>Education and Experience:</u></p><ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.</li><li>Apprenticeship graduate or technical degree helpful.</li><li>Aerospace experience preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible milling experience, aerospace industry is a plus</li><li>Experience/knowledge applicable to fixturing/tooling applications</li><li>Experience with hard metals such as Inconel and titanium is a plus</li><li>Working familiarity with shop planning/tooling</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<u>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</u></p><p>Computer Skills</p><ul><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess basic computer proficiency and functional knowledge with applications and activities.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Basic math and reading comprehension.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Language Skills&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ability to read and write the English language.</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.</li><li>Ability to write appropriate correspondences.</li><li>Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one and small group situation to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
