    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the forklift operator is responsible for the daily movement of inventory within the warehouse to ensure delivery readiness and quality of product.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>High School Diploma</li>\n<li><br>Current certification for Forklift, Reach</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience &amp; Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Three (3) to five (5) years of forklift operator experience within a food manufacturing environment</li>\n<li><br>Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Food Safety and Health and Safety as they relate to the food industry a strong asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><br>Receive, unload and store incoming product.</li>\n<li><br>Locate, pick, load and ship outgoing product.</li>\n<li><br>Verify product condition and quality upon shipping or receiving.</li>\n<li><br>Follow tag creation procedures for outbound and inbound orders.</li>\n<li><br>Adhere templates to outgoing containers to ensure Shipping staff understand outbound production location.</li>\n<li><br>If required, update P.O. number according to pick ticket and alter quantities.</li>\n<li><br>Assemble orders as directed by Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.</li>\n<li><br>Work with order picker as necessary by highlighting the appropriate pick tickets.</li>\n<li><br>Report malfunctioning tags or equipment.</li>\n<li><br>Assist with inventory management and physical cycle counts.</li>\n<li><br>Comply with all company health and safety policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by the Operations</li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PHYSICAL RESPONBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Ability to lift 50 pounds</li>\n<li><br>Ability to stand for a period of eight hours</li>\n<li><br>Ability to squat, bend and lift to 50 pounds</li>\n<li><br>Ability to sit in chair for up to eight hours</li>\n<li><br>Ability to reach above their hands and full range of motion</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
