We are passionate about continuous growth, innovation, and maintaining a culture that thrives on success and commitment to safety. <strong>Our mission? <em>To be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen. </em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This continued success has created a need for a <strong>BDA Fire Alarm Technician</strong> to work out of our<strong> Wall, NJ </strong>location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing: </strong></p>\n<p>Here's a glimpse of some of the responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Test and install Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) to enhance emergency responder radio coverage in buildings.</p></li>\n <li><p>Integrate BDA systems with Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP) and ensure proper signaling and compliance.</p></li>\n <li><p>Read and interpret construction documents, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.</p></li>\n <li>Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to project activities and progress.</li>\n <li><p>Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma is required. Industry experience preferred</li>\n <li>Individual must possess a valid Driver's license and have a clean driving record</li>\n <li><p>Ability to read blueprints, riser diagrams, and specifications</p></li>\n <li>Extensive knowledge of NFPA 72, NEC, Fire Alarm System Theory, OSHA Requirements, and Industry Standards for Fire Alarm systems installation</li>\n <li>Experience with a variety of system manufacturing including Gamewell-FCI, Siemens, Notifier, Edwards, Simplex, Honeywell, Firelite, etc.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds</li>\n <li>Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces</li>\n <li>Ability to work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Salary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role.
