    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Technician I, Manufacturing (FL) under supervision performs a variety of duties relating to the Manufacturing of product. These activities include but are not limited to: Manufacturing records and standard operating procedures. This position is also responsible for cleaning equipment and work areas, and following proper documentation procedures</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure all product and components required for daily production are in the appropriate staging area in a timely manner to ensure availability before production begins. Once a project is completed ensure any remaining product/components are returned back to inventory.</li>\n <li>Operates equipment properly and per training.</li>\n <li>Perform quality checks on work.  If defects are found notify lead/supervisor immediately</li>\n <li>Inspect raw materials and finished product continually through process to identify defects.</li>\n <li>Cleans and maintains processing rooms and equipment, attention to detail in the working environment.</li>\n <li>Follow GMP`s and written SOP`s</li>\n <li>Follow all company policies and procedures including safety rules and regulations</li>\n <li>Perform work in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Operate forklifts in a safe and appropriate manner to insure no damage occurs to the product, pallet racks, forklifts, and other equipment while loading/unloading, transferring, and storing products.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  #LI-CD1!</p>\n<h2>Job Qualifications</h2>\n<p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>None</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Skills:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to quickly move hands in order to package product in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Basic math skills required to control inventory.</li>\n <li>Good interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Able to understand, speak, write and read English</li>\n <li><strong>***A Valid driver's license is required for this position.**</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year experience in a manufacturing environment or 6 months Herbalife experience</li>\n <li>Experience working independently as well as in a team environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Prior general safety training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Final candidates must successfully complete a pre‑employment drug screen as a condition of hire.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>US Benefits Statement</h2>Herbalife offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees in the U.S. (limited to the 50 States and the District of Columbia), which includes Group Health Programs, other Voluntary Benefit Programs, and Paid Time Off.
