Learn more at www.cretexmedical.com.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Production Operator</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Assembler Position Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>This role is responsible for performing basic to complex/advanced machine operations, assembly, inspection, and secondary processes. This position requires proficiency in multiple production areas, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>This positions shift schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm </em></strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Core Responsibilities:</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools, as required.</li>\n <li>Complete required documentation such as production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records. </li>\n <li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.</li>\n <li>Handle and work with cleaning chemicals such as isopropyl alcohol, detergents, or solvents when needed. </li>\n <li>Maintain an organized, clean work area following 5S expectations. </li>\n <li>Participate in required training and company meetings.</li>\n <li>Read, understand, and follow work instructions, standard work, and applicable quality/ISO/cGMP requirements. </li>\n <li>Cross train across manufacturing areas.</li>\n <li>Support and comply with the Quality System, ISO, and medical device regulatory requirements. </li>\n <li>Communicate issues with materials, equipment, or processes promptly.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Assembly Responsibilities:</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assemble and package components and medical devices with increased complexity per specifications.</li>\n <li>Operate advanced manual and semi-automated equipment.</li>\n <li>Perform in-process quality checks and resolve assembly issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Production Operations Responsibilities: </em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up and operate production equipment, including loading programs and adjusting parameters.</li>\n <li>Monitor production processes, part quality, and machine performance and escalate as needed.</li>\n <li>Perform operator-level preventive maintenance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Secondary Operations Responsibilities:</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute advanced secondary operations (e.g., trimming, deburring, cleaning, passivation, laser marking, laser welding, label generation & inspection, and/or finishing of components).</li>\n <li>Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, digital calipers, drop indicators, pull testers etc.) for verification.</li>\n <li>Utilize testing equipment and enter data in the applicable system.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of manufacturing experience; higher level roles will require more years of experience.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.</li>\n <li>Perform basic math, hand–eye coordination, and dexterity. </li>\n <li>Ability to use basic hand tools and measurement equipment. </li>\n <li>Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. </li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of clean room environment procedures and regulations preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple tasks.</li>\n <li>Experience working on a computer and with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).</li>\n <li>Experience using a microscope for Stamping and Molding Implant roles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in a cleanroom environment  </li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand blueprints </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What is it like to work at Cretex Medical? </strong></p>\n<p>We recognize the contribution of every individual and promote growth, safety and security for all our employees. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
