          "text": "<ul><li>Performs routine maintenance on all building equipment, from HVAC to production equipment.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the property.</li></ul><ul><li>Keep machinery in good working order and notify Manufacturing Manager of any repair to be done on any equipment used in the production area</li></ul><ul><li>Observe safety precautions to prevent fires or explosions.</li><li>Monitor gauges, recording instruments, flow meters, or products to ensure that specified conditions are maintained.</li><li>Observe work areas to detect leaks or equipment malfunctions or to monitor operating conditions.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform daily checks on production scales and forklifts.</li><li>Development of preventative maintenance program while updating the software daily.</li><li>Support other areas of the plant designated by Plant Operation manager.</li><li>Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customer, vendors.
