    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>THIS IS A TEMPORARY/SEASONAL POSITION. <br></p>\n<p>Our adventure parks is three levels and is open to the public, available for birthday parties and summer camp. We are looking for a  high-energy person who can  ensure safety regulations are followed. No experience is needed and we provide all required training.</p>\n<p>Outdoor lovers are welcome! Please know that we work outside 100% of the time.</p>\n<p> Our schedule is as follows:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekdays Monday-Friday 9 AM - 4 PM<br></li>\n<li>Saturdays 12 PM - 5 PM<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily opening and closing of the courses</li>\n<li>Daily equipment and course inspections</li>\n<li>Periodic thorough equipment and course inspections</li>\n<li>Greet and acknowledge all clients to ensure a positive experience</li>\n<li>Equip clients with gear and monitor for necessary adjustments throughout their climb</li>\n<li>Lead a safety briefing and demonstration</li>\n<li>Enforce park regulations</li>\n<li>Monitor participants on courses</li>\n<li>Verbally and physically assist participants on courses</li>\n<li>Handle at-height rescue situations</li>\n<li>Park clean-up and occasional site maintenance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be 18 and older</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at height</li>\n<li>Outgoing personality, good communication skills, excellent team player</li>\n<li>Patient and able to lead groups of kids as well as adults</li>\n<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Strong commitment to safety</li>\n<li>Tour guide experience is a plus</li>\n<li>Capable of moderate physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and lifting weight in excess of 40 pounds; able to visually identify safety hazards.</li>\n<li>Must have flexible availability including weekends, evenings, holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Please do not apply if you do not meet the above qualifications.
