    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Registered Dietician Nurse Practitioner Clinic Manager for Occupational Health</u></strong></p><p>This registered dietician nurse practitioner (RDNP) will be employed by Stamford Health but work on-site within the Synchrony Financial Employee Health Clinic on Longridge Road in Stamford, CT.<span>&nbsp; </span>The RDNP Clinic Manager will lead day-to-day operations of a corporate wellness clinic, deliver direct clinical services (including immunizations and medication prescribing) and provide evidence-based nutrition counseling. This role blends hands-on patient care with clinic management responsibilities, ensuring compassionate employee-centered care.</p><p><strong>Schedule: Full time. Monday through Friday, 37.5 Hours/Week. Approximately 8AM to 5PM with flexibility.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Major Responsibilities:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Provide episodic care for common health concerns (e.g., minor illness/injury triage, and basic assessments).</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Administer vaccinations, including seasonal flu shots, and manage immunization events.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Perform health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, BMI, glucose checks as applicable)</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>&nbsp;</span>Provide individualized nutrition counseling and coaching (e.g., weight management, cardiometabolic health, diabetes prevention/support, GI concerns, general wellness).</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Develop and deliver nutrition education through group sessions and workshops.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Create nutrition plans in alignment with employee goals and health risks.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Oversee daily clinic operations (scheduling, workflow, supplies, vendor coordination, and service delivery).</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Manage vaccine inventory and storage.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Active CT <strong>Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License</strong></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Nutrition credential and formal training as <strong>Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS)</strong>, or equivalent</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Minimum 5+ years’ experience delivering structured nutrition programs/coaching in clinic setting</li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">BLS and ACLS certification</li></ul>",
