As an Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\"><span>Essential duties and responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p>Must be able to operate various pieces of heavy equipment in site reclamation, road work, and right of way pipeline work including, but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Dozer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excavator</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Roller</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Skid Steer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Rock Truck</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Grader</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Skidder</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span>Must be able to dig around utilities, operate in very close quarters, must be able to work well with ground labors, must be able to follow directions from Foreman.</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span>Operate a variety of equipment including backhoes, loaders, and scrapers on commercial and industrial projects in a safe manner and within the production goals established. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lift heavy loads up to and exceeding 70 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Backfill trenches and pit when necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools. and equipment when not in use and securing the job site daily.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education, Skills and/or Work Experience Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must have at least 2 years' prior experience on a paving crew. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to concentrate on tasks for extended periods of time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ability to understand and communicate information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must have a valid driver’s license.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to do basic math.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to safely operate hand and power tools.
