    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met. Delegating the tasks to the right product/functional leads as needed</li>\n<li>Take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of project team with the best possible strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays including divide/concur strategies</li>\n<li>Identify gaps in client project management model and help create an integrated project plan with key activities/deadlines identified to create transparency. Ensure milestones are met on time.</li>\n<li>Assigning tasks to the right team members, checking on their progress, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.</li>\n<li>Keep the project team focused on the end goal and communicate changes/impacts</li>\n<li>Communicate project status to stakeholders (internal Sodales and external client) and key project participants such as 3rd party vendors along with critical path items.</li>\n<li>Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and timeline to reduce risks</li>\n<li>Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities of Sodales including internal projects</li>\n<li>Standardize tools and template for project management</li>\n<li>Work with proposal teams to develop timeline estimates and project plans for new clients<br></li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team leadership skills by building relationships internally and externally.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Demonstrate Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools as well as other tools such as Jira and MPP.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in computer science, project management </li>\n<li>8 + years of PM experience as SaaS based Project Manager</li>\n<li>Must have PMP or scrum certifications</li>\n<li>Experience with SAP technologies is a plus</li>\n<li>Minimum 4 full life-cycle implementation projects<br></li>\n<li>Able to work on 3-4 projects concurrently</li>\n<li>Must have outstanding presentation skills<br></li>\n</ul>",
