This person will join a team of tax enthusiasts that keep up to date on tax technical skills and tax technology to drive advanced automated solutions and efficiencies. \n\nAs a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with global Transfer Pricing (TP) regulations and documentation requirements and optimize global transfer pricing strategies and processes. You will work closely with the tax team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile and analyze financial data and intercompany transactions, prepare transfer pricing documentation and supporting analyses, support CbC and P2 initiatives, assist with TP audits, and help identify risks/opportunities related to TP.\n\nThis role will report to the Senior Manager, International Tax and will enjoy a high level of visibility, impacting the growth and success of the tax team and ULS at large.\n",

    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days a week on-site) position at either our Northbrook, IL or Chicago, IL offices.</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and maintain global transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files) and supporting analyses in accordance with OECD, U.S., and local country requirements.</li><li>Perform economic analyses including benchmarking studies and selection and application of appropriate transfer pricing methods.</li><li>Assist with Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) requirements, including data gathering, validation, and support to complete the CbC report .</li><li>Collaborate with local country finance team members and external service providers on local country TP related filings.</li><li>Support OECD Pillar Two workstreams, including Pillar 2 computations, reporting and compliance&nbsp;</li><li>Support transfer pricing planning initiatives led my senior management through project management, modeling, liaising with various stakeholders (i.e. performing functional interviews), etc.</li><li>Perform intercompany calculations and true-ups as part of the interim and annual tax provision process.</li><li>Support the drafting, review, execution and alignment of intercompany agreements with transfer pricing policies and operational activities.</li><li>Prepare ad hoc reports for management regarding transfer pricing positions, financial impacts, and compliance status.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in transfer pricing documentation, data collection, and analysis.</li><li>Monitor changes in global transfer pricing regulations (OECD, U.S., local country) and assess implications for the company’s policies and documentation.</li><li>Assist with responses to tax authority inquiries and audits related to transfer pricing.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on transfer pricing matters.</li><li>Perform other duties including research of TP matters and support for ad-hoc transfer pricing modeling.</li></ul>",
