The Innovation Technologist operates within a structured innovation framework, partnering closely with Product, Fan Experience, and Business leaders to advance initiatives through defined phases rather than pursuing independent solutions.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of technology, a genuine passion for innovation, a bias toward action, and a strong sense of ownership for moving work forward.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Innovation Discovery &amp; Solution Design</b></p><ul><li>In collaboration with the Innovation and Fan Experience teams, help identify and vet opportunities to enhance fan experience, venue operations, revenue, and human capital efficiency through emerging technologies.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging technologies to support ideation and solution design for fan-facing and operational initiatives.</li><li>Clearly define and document technical requirements, solution architectures, testing plans, and implementation roadmaps in partnership with the Product Owner.</li><li>Apply a user-centered, iterative approach to problem solving, incorporating rapid prototyping, testing, and feedback to inform solution design.</li><li>Identify opportunities where technology can reduce manual effort, streamline workflows, and enable teams to focus on higher-value work across the organization.</li><li>Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and decisions needed to maintain momentum and meet timelines.</li></ul><p><b>Technology Deployment &amp; Integration</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the technical owner for Innovation initiatives from proof-of-concept through deployment.</li><li>Support delivery of fan-facing technologies, including frictionless entry, biometric authentication, contactless payments, mobile integrations, and experiential technology pilots.</li><li>Partner with IT and Data teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready within enterprise systems.</li><li>Support on-site testing, deployment, and troubleshooting during live events to ensure solutions perform under real-world conditions.</li><li>Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to align technical decisions with operational realities, timelines, and guest impact.</li></ul><p><b>Vendor &amp; Partner Management</b></p><ul><li>Source, evaluate, and manage technology vendors in partnership with the Product Manager.</li><li>Coordinate multi-vendor implementations and integrations across infrastructure, applications, and business systems.</li></ul><p><b>Innovation Operations &amp; Stakeholder Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Act as a reliable, solutions-oriented teammate who contributes positively to team culture and shared success.</li><li>Present technical findings, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Contribute to long-term technology strategy aligned with AMBSE business priorities and innovation roadmap.</li><li>Ensure technical ideas, enhancements, and opportunities are introduced through the Innovation intake process and evaluated in alignment with broader business priorities.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li><li>3&#43;
