The impact you’ll make You will be responsible for providing HVAC service and repairs for homeowners. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting all their HVAC service requests, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service from all HVAC departments. HVAC Service Technician Requirements Proven 2-3 years of recent, full-time experience Accurately diagnose issues and clearly explain the installation process to customers, providing multiple offering and pricing options based on their needs and preferences Perform maintenance and repairs while delivering the highest standards of craftsmanship and cleanliness Through our best-in-class training, learn to take on more advanced projects Provide detailed record keeping and reporting for the benefit of customers and company operations Uphold the highest standards of safety for yourself, your teammates, and your customers Salary & benefits Competitive Pay (Based on experience) Full time with overtime as necessary Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid holidays, sick days, and vacation 401K Meaningful Equity Package Company provided vehicle, tools, and gas card Why you’ll love working here A fun, team atmosphere built on transparency, empowerment, and respect.
