This position focuses on assisting licensed physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall functional independence. The PTA will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal therapeutic outcomes. This role requires adaptability to various home environments and the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while adhering to professional and organizational standards.
