    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing remote and on-site technical support for deployed U.S. Navy Ship’s Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) and CCOP systems</li>\n <li>Developing and maintain technical documentation, including cable diagrams, equipment schematics, configuration records, and maintenance procedures supporting various CCOP system configurations</li>\n <li>Preparing and deliver written and oral status reports regarding installations, maintenance activities, and support provided to Atlantic Fleet platforms for supervisors and In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) personnel</li>\n <li>Conducting system-level testing and validation to verify operational readiness and system performance</li>\n <li>Reviewing Technical Manuals (TMs), procedures, and related documentation to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and operational effectiveness</li>\n <li>Supporting fleet operations by diagnosing, resolving, and documenting technical issues while ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING</strong></p>\n<p><em>#LI-AM1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance</li>\n <li>A minimum of four years of Navy Shipboard Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) system maintenance, or equivalent experience is required</li>\n <li>Shipboard systems may include but are not limited to Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment E/F, and Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP) systems</li>\n <li>Minimum of three or more years of experience with Linux/Unix system administration, specifically CentOS 6/7 or Red Hat Enterprise Release 6/7/8</li>\n <li>Must currently hold a DoD 8570-compliant IAT II certification (SSCP or Security+ CE with appropriate CE/OS certificate) or be able to obtain within six months</li>\n <li>Candidates must possess a strong maintenance background, familiarity with Unix/Linux systems troubleshooting, low-level systems administration experience, or Radio Frequency (RF) testing experience</li>\n <li>Consideration will be given provided they exhibit the ability to train to the aforementioned responsibilities</li>\n <li>Candidates are expected to possess excellent oral, written, and presentation skills</li>\n <li>The ability to lift equipment greater than thirty pounds (30 lbs) and qualify for health screenings as required by U.S. Navy Safety Programs Afloat is required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Navy CTM \"A\" and CTM \"C\" schools are preferred but not required if the candidate has relevant/documented On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience</li>\n <li>General working knowledge in reference to the hardware installation, system configuration, system administration and maintenance of Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP) systems to include CORSAIR, DRT, HITS, and REDFALCON</li>\n <li>Fleet Electronic Support (FES) experience </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10% travel may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
