    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and support of the Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS) in accordance with DISAC regulations and local JSP policies. </li>\n <li>Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of telecommunications network services, including secure and non-secure voice, data, optical, and digital message traffic services.</li>\n <li>Conduct real-time and predictive assessments on operational impacts due to disruptions on the DODIN and its supporting infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Input critical and non-critical circuits into the MADSS database.</li>\n <li>Provide designated on-site MADSS support during normal JSP workdays.</li>\n <li>Attend MADSS-related Technical Working Groups (TWGs) via teleconference.</li>\n <li>Prepare and submit monthly reports detailing MADSS activities, including circuit status, trend analysis, trouble ticket status, and completion reports.</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain a trend analysis program on all circuits, trunks, links, and systems.</li>\n <li>Institute and maintain a Training Program in accordance with DISAC standards.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with DISAC regulations and guidelines for circuit installations and maintenance.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of network operations, security protocols, and compliance requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>5+ years of relevant experience in network administration, telecommunications, or a related field.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Certifications:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>CompTIA Security + CE</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Clearance:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a MADSS Administrator to join our team supporting DISA JSP ETM in Arlington, VA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>TekSynap is a fast-growing high-tech company that understands both the pace of technology today and the need to have a comprehensive well planned information management environment. “Technology moving at the speed of thought” embodies these principles – the need to nimbly utilize the best that information technology offers to meet the business needs of our Federal Government customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer our full-time employees a competitive benefits package to include health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability plans, vacation time and holidays. </p>\n<p>Visit us at www.TekSynap.com. </p>\n<p>Apply now to explore jobs with us!  </p>\n<p>The safety and health of our employees is of the utmost importance.
