      "content": "<div>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>10+ years of related experience in water and/or wastewater treatment projects (study, planning, design, construction administration, and project management).</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within one year.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven experience managing projects: scope, schedule, budget, and quality.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated success in client management, relationship building, and proposal preparation.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience coordinating with funding agencies and navigating project permitting.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with municipal, township, and county government practices and regulations.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.</p>\n</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
