font-size: 14pt\">Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience performing MEP inspection or construction inspection on commercial, infrastructure, or transportation projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Demonstrated experience inspecting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including HVAC equipment, electrical distribution systems, fire life safety systems, and plumbing systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, system diagrams, and project specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Experience working in complex construction environments such as airports, transportation facilities, data centers, healthcare facilities, or large commercial projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals to verify proper installation of MEP systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Verify that materials and equipment used in construction conform to approved submittals and project specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Observe system testing, commissioning, and startup activities for mechanical and electrical systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Identify deficiencies, non conforming work, and potential system issues and coordinate resolution with the construction management team and contractor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Document inspection activities through daily reports, inspection logs, deficiency tracking, and photographic documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
