      "content": "\n<li>Installs HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.</li>\n<li>Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.</li>\n<li>Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.</li>\n<li>Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.</li>\n<li>Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.</li>\n<li>Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.</li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.</li>\n<li>Represents the company in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Residential HVAC Install experience is a plus!</li>\n<li>Trade school experience is preferred</li>\n<li>Soldering and/or propress experience</li>\n<li>Ability to be flexible in work schedule.</li>\n<li>EPA Certification</li>\n<li>Clean driving record.</li>\n"
