Operations � Work with the Head to aim to generate savings due to reduced specific fuel and power consumption in cement plants\n� Source and procure the AFR hazardous and non-hazardous material for plants\n� Create the commercial document as per the requirement of the Organization \n� Benchmark and optimize cement-manufacturing facilities with regard to fuels and process consumables, guaranteeing safety and cost\n� Assist the Head to lead and develop site workforce to meet desired requirements, continuously improve operations and promote personal development\n� Negotiate and evaluate contracts and warranties with vendors, in conjunction with other departments\n� Lead the monthly dashboard generation for top management on alternative fuels, CO2, Energy, Clinker Factor, alternative fuels and benchmarking.\n� Aim towards increased use of alternative fuels for manufacturing processes to ensure minimal environmental impact\n� Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization\n� Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes\n� Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization\n2. Self/ Team Development � Review and monitor performance of team members� and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs\n� Recommend training as required for team�s development\n� Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need\n� Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees\n\r\n",
