    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Project Site Manager, Execution – Value Added Services is accountable for contributing to HarbisonWalker Internationals overall business performance by supporting the sales teams efforts for value added service project business in all steel and non-ferrous application areas. This part-time role coordinates and monitors onsite value added service contracts and ensures these services are scheduled, executed and documented per internal and customer requirements. The Project Site Manager, Execution – Value Added Services acts as an onsite project salesperson to the HarbisonWalker International direct sales team responsible for project oriented accounts including engineering firms, OEMs, contract installers and end users.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>Interfacing with HarbisonWalker International sales team and customer(s); seeking out new project work, interpreting inquiries, generating quotations and proposals; following up on telephone sales and traveling to customer sites to make personal sales calls<br>Serving as Project Site Advisor to manage customer interfaces, supporting technical and commercial requests, and coordinating quality control issues; tracking project coordination design, manufacturing, shipment, and installation. &nbsp;Advising with onsite construction during installation phase<br>Preparing activity reports and analysis; providing commercial and technical guidance and rulings;&nbsp;<br>Supporting sales force, technical marketing, project group and contractor installers to secure project business; conducting educational customer visits and presentations<br>Coordinating project work with field maintenance sales, esport agents to promoted consistency and synergy pricing, engineering and manufacturing; initiation the order pursuit and quotation process<br>Overseeing and assisting with onsite construction during installation phase</p><p><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">BS degree in engineering or business preferred</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Requires experience in refractory installation for all refractory applications&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Requires refractory installation equipment operation, repair and troubleshooting knowledge</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Requires computer operation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Requires strong strategic thinking and business problem solving skills</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to assemble and quickly analyze data&nbsp;</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Requires excellent organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Requires self-motivation with the ability to adapt quickly</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must be able to travel to customer sites as needed</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience and certification for welding inspection a plus, API 936 certification preferred</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The Project Site Manager, Execution – Value Added Services requires minimum 10 years installing and supervising the installation of refractory product and 5+ years as refractory inspector.</span></p><p><br><strong>Physical and Environmental Requirements</strong></p><p>Physical Activity: &nbsp;Requires more than 2/3 of time taking and hearing; 1/3 to 2/3 of time standing, walking, using hands and fingers and reaching with hands and arms; and less than 1/3 of time sitting, climbing or balancing, stooping, crawling, kneeling or tasting and smelling.<br>&nbsp;Lifting: &nbsp;Requires lifting up to 50 pounds more than 2/3 of the time; and up to 100 pounds less than 1/3 of the time.<br>&nbsp;Vision: &nbsp;Requires accurate, distance, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.<br>&nbsp;Environment: &nbsp;Requires more than 2/3 of the time in areas exposed to fumes and airborne particles; 1/3 to 2/3 of time working near moving mechanical parts, working in high precarious places, in areas exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, in outdoor conditions, exposed to extreme heat (non-weather), risk of electrical shock or vibration; and less than 1/3 of time working in an office setting with limited exposure.<br>&nbsp;Noise: &nbsp;Requires exposure to very loud noise (over 85 decibels)</p>",
