You will actively create, monitor and optimize campaigns for a portfolio of clients (both assigned and newly qualified leads) with a particular focus on effective inventory monetization, delivering a first-class service and sharing best practices within the various internal departments. Your daily tasks will also involve data analysis, preparing strategic client reports, proposals and contracts.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Together with a cross functional team, you will participate in development on new products and new marketing angles. As a top-notch media buyer you should educate and coach new media buyers in developing advertising strategies and campaigns. You will report to the Sales Director. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Media buy on CPM, CPC, and CPV pricing models to back into CPA goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Setup, manage and optimize campaigns using Exoclick Ad platform. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Use of internal tools, systems and processes to keep a daily track of client development and expansion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prospect and identify new potential direct response advertisers </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Daily spend/revenue monitoring. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Effective client relationship management, dealing with internal/external conflicts and collate best practice examples of reporting, client feedback and case studies. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven technical capabilities and understanding, including basic skills in the editing of landing pages (HTML), use of tracking pixels and creative optimization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Close interaction with Business Intelligence, Business Development teams in order to interpret market insights, client data, and be able to react quickly and implement this back into the business. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Effective management of your clients on performance versus target and company growth strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support and coach existing and new employees.
